How many people are in a cohort?
We prefer to cap each cohort at 12 participants.
What level of employee are your programs designed for?
We work predominantly with managers and emerging leaders. With that said, our program has been run with everyone from senior executives to independent contributors. If your people are excited about investing in their personal growth and leadership capacity, these tools can have an immediate impact on their day-to-day regardless of their position in your organization.
How long are the Elevate programs?
ElevateCo and ElevateCollective are 40-week (10-month) programs. Participants meet weekly with 4 scheduled off-weeks built into the program.
Our ElevateX offering allows organizations to create a custom program. We work with you to select the leadership tools most relevant to your team's needs. Because of this, the lengths of our ElevateX programs vary by client.
How long are weekly team meetings?
The weekly synchronous meetings that drive our Elevate programs are 90 minutes each week.
What can my team members expect from a live team practice?
Our team practices are a blend of instruction, group discussions, and smaller group breakout sessions. At Cohd, we view introducing new personal development concepts as the first step in elevating your people, but we believe the mastery of these concepts can only be accomplished via live reps and real-time feedback.
Participants have access to one-on-one coaching?
Yes! Every participant has access to Haley's calendar to schedule one-on-one coaching sessions. This can be dedicated time to go deeper on a topic or tool, or they can bring personal or professional tensions they are facing.
Our number one priority is ensuring the success of your people.
What is the total weekly time investment for your programs?
Our program requires about 2 hours a week. We meet synchronously during team practice for 90 minutes, and there are typically 30 minutes or less of asynchronous preparation before live sessions.
What happens is a team member cannot attend team practice?
All team practices are recorded. Participants will have access to all team practice recordings and presentation slides via our learning portal.
Are cohorts made up of different companies?
Our ElevateCollective cohorts are comprised of individuals from different companies and industries. This means your people are not only learning from us, but they’re learning from the experiences of other participants.
By contrast, our ElevateCo and ElevateX cohorts consist of individuals from the same organization.
Can my company have its own cohort?
Yes! If you have 8-12 (or more) individuals who you would like to elevate, we will run a company cohort(s) for you. This is our ElevateCo offering.
What are the cost of the programs?
ElevateCollective: $750 per participant per month
ElevateCo: $5,000 per cohort per month. Up to 12 participants per cohort.
ElevateX: Custom pricing
When do the programs start?
We are currently filling spots for our ElevateCollective Fall 2024 cohort.
ElevateCo and ElevateX Programs can start at any time.
